Action DMV Services cannot guarantee approval of any submitted applications or the exact time frame for processing DMV transactions.

Payment, Fees, and Client Responsibilities 

All services provided by Action DMV Services are non-refundable. 

We prepare all requested documents using the information you have provided. If new or corrected information is submitted after the preparation or completion of the requested documents—resulting in a need for revision or modification—we reserve the right to charge an additional service fee. 

If you elect to have your credit card charged for DMV fees and the card is declined for any reason, this will delay the processing of your documents. 

We are not responsible for any holds, suspensions, or unpaid balances on your DMV or related accounts that may prevent your transaction from being processed. Such issues will result in a delay until the matter is resolved. 

If your documents are rejected by the DMV for any reason beyond our control, this will also cause a delay in processing. 

If more time is required to complete your transaction for any reason, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you by phone call, email, text, or voicemail message with an updated estimated completion date. 

The DMV fee estimate provided is not guaranteed to be the final amount. Fees assessed by the DMV may change, and you, the client, agree to pay any difference between the estimated amount and the final DMV receipt.
